Crystal Feldman Lorbacher
Founder & Principal
Crystal is an accomplished communications and public affairs leader with extensive experience across federal, state and local levels. Renowned for her strategic expertise, she designs and executes innovative public outreach campaigns that deliver measurable, data-driven results, fostering impactful engagement with diverse stakeholders.
As a former executive at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), Lorbacher led communications, government affairs and community outreach initiatives. She developed award-winning advertising campaigns and served as the primary spokesperson during high-stakes crises, including aircraft incidents, power outages and severe weather events.
A former registered state lobbyist, she has deep expertise in public policy, regulatory affairs and advocacy.
Lorbacher’s distinguished public service career includes senior leadership roles in the North Carolina Governor’s Office and the state’s departments of Transportation, Environmental Quality and Public Safety. She also served as press secretary for the U.S. House of Representatives Natural Resources Committee and has played a pivotal role in national and state political campaigns.
A native of Durham, NC, Lorbacher earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University. She resides in Durham with her husband and two children, remaining deeply committed to her community.
